Vegferd – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vegferd.

Vegferd is provided by Millingly AS (organisation number 937 731 760), Rinddalen 22, 5099 Bergen, Norway. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean Millingly AS.

By using this application, you agree to the following:

1. Navigation Assistance

Vegferd provides navigation, routing, traffic information, ferry information, charging information, weather information, and other travel-related services to assist your journey.

You are always responsible for operating your vehicle safely and for following all applicable traffic laws, road signs, and instructions from authorities.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, road conditions, traffic, ferry schedules, charging station availability, weather, and other information may change without notice.

Vegferd cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or available at all times.

3. Safe Driving

Do not operate the application while driving unless it is safe and lawful to do so.

Always pay attention to the road. If navigation instructions conflict with road signs, traffic regulations, or emergency personnel, follow the official instructions.

4. Location Services

Vegferd uses your device's location to provide navigation and related features.

You may disable location services, but some functionality will not be available.

5. Third-Party Services
